Shipping & returns

You browse here, you pay at our Printify storefront — same shop, different room. Every piece is print-on-demand: Printify prints it, packs it and ships it directly to you. That's why nothing is ever "in stock" and nothing is ever left over.

2–5 working days for printing, sometimes a day more when a drop is busy or the design needs embroidery.

After production: 3–7 working days inside Europe, 5–15 working days for the rest of the world. Customs can add time we can't control.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay and depend on the product and your country. Orders outside the EU may bring import duties or taxes on delivery — those are paid by you.

Printify sends the order confirmation and the tracking link by e-mail. If several items are printed in different facilities, they can arrive in separate parcels.

Everything is made for you, so we don't take back pieces just because the mood changed. If the print is wrong, damaged or the item is faulty, write to us within 30 days with your order number and a photo — we sort it out with Printify and you get a replacement or a refund. Your statutory warranty rights stay untouched.

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; for made-to-order items it can be limited by law, and we still handle every genuine problem case.
